What to do, if pieces were missing from new?
In the event of missing pieces from a brand-new jigsaw puzzle, in line with current consumer rights legislation, we recommend you contact the retailer for after sales advice regarding a complete replacement, an exchange or a refund for monies paid.

What to do, if you've lost a puzzle piece?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we are not able to match or supply individual puzzle pieces therefore unable to offer a replacement puzzle piece service.
