I really like your products, where can I buy them?

For all trade enquiries, please complete the "Create Trade Account" form and a member of our sales team will be in touch. For general retail purchases, in addition to working with a number of popular high street retailers, you can also buy direct from us at www.rfgifts.co.uk.

I purchased one of your products from a stockist and it's faulty, can I return it to you?

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from us or from www.rfgifts.co.uk. We advise you to directly contact the retailer from which the product was purchased.

I am missing a piece from my brand new jigsaw puzzle, what can I do?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the puzzle manufacturing process, we are not able to match or replace individual pieces.  In accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, please contact the retailer from which the item was purchased regarding a full refund or exchange as detailed in their own policy. 

I've lost a puzzle piece, can I order a new one from you?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the puzzle manufacturing process, we are not able to match or replace individual pieces therefore we cannot offer a replacement puzzle piece service.
