The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through our web site..
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). All delivery charges quoted are for UK mainland delivery only.

Delivery
The following charges apply to mainland UK deliveries (excludes Channel Islands).
Normal Delivery Rate:
£4.99 - Regardless of size & weight upto a value of £10.99.
£3.50 - Regardless of size & weight between the values of £11.00 and £24.99
Free Delivery - Regardless of size & weight from a value of £25.00 upwards.
We will aim to deliver to you within 3 working days but please allow 7 days to cover for busy periods.
For delivery outside the UK please contact us for additional delivery cost.
By submitting your order to Robert Frederick Ltd. you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any consequential loss as a result of late or non- delivery.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using the options shown at checkout. All payments are taken via PayPal, a secure gateway, and are therefore subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.
Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.
Security
Personal and credit card details are sent to PayPal using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Jurisdiction
Sales on this web site are governed by English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
Returns & Order Cancellation
We do not sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of order receipt.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us. Please return them to the following address, along with a note of your details and the reason for return:

You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at our sole discretion. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
